Writing is a solitary endeavor, an internal to external translation process. Michael Palmer, M.D., a physician and medical thriller writer, once said “writing is hard.” His declaration is very close. Writing itself is not hard, but crafting a good story and honing one’s skill as a storyteller is challenging, if not “hard”.  Even with a Master’s in English and creative writing, he still needed growth as a writer, a bigger toolbox, and resources (people and materials).  Dan is participates in or supports the following writer’s organizations.
